Being described as “Woman of Wisdom” by a well-known Chinese media in Malaysia, Esther Law is a versatile portfolio entrepreneur with countless global achievements, riding on the success formula of “lead with H.E.A.R.T.S, believing in REAL value through L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P culture, delivering services through B.E.U. model and 6I symbiosis process”.
Throughout her entrepreneurial journey over past 25 years, she has been awarded with multiple international recognition such as Toastmasters International District 51 “Most Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year” (2004-2005), Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian Awards (TOYM) 2014, and CSR Leader, McMillan Woods Global Awards 2017.
A visionary with a global perspective and a rich network of resources in more than 70 countries, she is well versed in the symbiosis process to connect, to enrich, and to empower, leading individuals and enterprises towards corporatization, digitalization, and globalization.
As a strong believer that applied knowledge is power, she pursued her lifelong learning strategically. She chose a different pathway after high school as she prioritizes family over self-interest, by taking the responsibilities to take care of her mother who suffered from cancer back then. Yet she never forgot the importance of education and completed her M.B.A (Entrepreneurship Management and Innovation) at Beijing Concord College University in Collaboration with PPKS Malaysia (2005- 2008). Her learning pathway includes Business Planning and Marketing Strategies, Leadership Training, Financial Modelling and Valuation Analysis, which complement each other in the corporatization and globalization journey.
In the process of leading digitalization, specifically the emerging technology area, she completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme in 2019 and is currently pursuing her study in The Future of Finance: Digital Transformation and Open Finance through Alliance Manchester Business School. She envisioned a better digital future through the combination of ABCD (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Data) technology implementation in YAST GROUP’s Ecosystem.
From Leo to Lions to Toastmaster Club and to her entrepreneurship journey, her experience in human relationship approach and leadership approach has always been practised through leading with H.E.A.R.T.S. (Hugs, Encouragement, Appreciation, Reachout, Touch, Sincerity) since the year 2000. A CSR leader, she has been actively involved in social work, giving back to society in her own ways. She chose to be the life coach and mentor for the younger generations, reaching out to less fortunate society members by sharing with them valuable knowledge, empowering them with a promising and sustainable future.
Based on the belief of the real value through L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. and win-win ideology delivered via “Partnership as a Service model” that pledges to deliver quality partnership services, she has cultivated an extensive range of inclusivity mind-sets and conducive frameworks through personalised partnership culture, with hopes to bring cumulative life value to partners, leveraging key resources across multiple industries (healthcare, education, agriculture, real estate, renewable energy and arts), contributing to humanity with uniquely crafted synergistic entrepreneurial solutions.
She believes in self-development, which led her to become the Founding Partner of the John C. Maxwell Team, and showed her early 6I system (Innovate, Initiate, Integrate, Implement, Invest, Improve). Besides being an entrepreneur and CSR leader, she also possesses talent in culture and arts. Being an intuitive painter and a writer, she produces numerous intuitive painting artworks and has published 3 books – “Cancer and My Mission”(Chinese Version), “Gateway to life’s Value”, “Colors of Life”. She used to be the columnist of the Eastern Times (Malaysia), Long Life Magazine (Malaysia)，Chinese Medical Journal, and Healthy Living.
She is the founder and chairlady of Yast Group since 2014, a leading innovative and entrepreneurial culture ecosystem converging the world’s wisdom, resources, and capital (the 3Z Model – Zhihui, Zijin, Ziyuan) through services, investment, and development of optimized global industry chains. Moving ahead, she will apply the proven Service, Invest, and Develop methodology in leading the entrepreneurial cultural ecosystem, leveraging the advantage of
emerging technologies and the matured global business network of the ecosystem itself.
