ESTHER LAW LEE POHFounder of YAST Group and YAST Group 2.0 Recognized as a “Woman of Wisdom” by major Malaysian media, Esther Law Lee Poh is a visionary entrepreneur and a global connector with more than 25 years of rich experience, all leading to transformative initiatives in business, technology, and human progress. She is a prominent figure in Sarawak’s landscape, renowned for her multifaceted contributions as a leader, portfolio entrepreneur, author*, columnist**, poet***, painter***, a deep believer, and a corporate social responsibility and human advancement advocate. She has established herself as an influencer who drives social innovation, business development and integral growth. As Founder and Chair, she holds a Master in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, has completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme, and pursues her studies in Digital Transformation and Open Finance at Alliance Manchester Business School. Her completed and on-going academic advancements, complemented by her philosophies and practical experiences, make her stand out in many ways. She has garnered multiple local and international accolades. Among them are the Toastmasters International District 51’s “Most Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year” award (2004-2005), the Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian Award (TOYM) in 2014, the CSR Leader, McMillan Woods Global Award in 2017, Anak Bintang Kenyalang (ABK) in 2021, Woman of Glamor Award in 2021, Movers and Shakers – Asia HRD Award in 2022, and the following three all in 2024, namely, Outstanding Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Leadership Award, Great ASEAN Entrepreneur Award, Outstanding Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Leadership Award, and 2024 World Outstanding Women Leadership Excellence Award. She was awarded the role of being the organizing chairperson of the 25th Miss Tourism International World Finals in 2022, which she successfully and gracefully completed gaining praises and appreciation from all coming from the 40 countries that participated. She embodies a visionary approach, characterized by her global perspective and an extensive network that spans 69 countries. Her vision of “bringing the world to Sarawak and bringing Sarawak to the world” is her commitment to empowering marginalized communities. She advocates for the empowerment of the youth, of women, and of the disadvantaged groups in society. On top of all these is her both lovely and loving relationship with The Divine, something that those who her well appreciate the most. Her ‘partnership’ with God is her daily prayer and life, made concrete through her words, decision making, and living.
